Megaupload is a Hong-Kong based file hosting system that gets 10 million visits a month according to Wikipedia.
Any file uploaded will be removed if there is no download for 21 days. Free users must wait 25 seconds before starting their download and must 6 hours in between each download of 100-200 megabytes.
